Relationships and Self

We all have relationships in some shape or form – not only with others but with ourselves.  Some are good and some are bad.  Some are cozy and effortless while others are uncomfortable and strained.  It’s an unassailable fact that loving others is about giving and respecting and kindness and so much more.  Why, then do we not at times hold these “truths” to ourselves? Why, at times, is it so much easier to give love to others but not to our own person whom we must have a relationship with every second of every day?  Do we even know who we are – who we should be?  I don’t know.  Let’s talk about it.  See if anything in these Categories resonate with you and tell me about it.
